An automation is a combination of events that are triggered based on the previous event’s action. Below some examples:
Email Remarketing
The automation will send an email with a link to your database of 10,000 users once a week. That is, 4 campaigns per month for a total of 40,000 emails.
Promotion using SMS
The automation will send an SMS with a link to your database of 10,000 users promoting a product. The user can purchase the product by opening the link. If the user has not opened the link in a day, a second sms will be sent with a better promotion.
Appointment Reminder
Your CRM uses webhooks to integrate with Go4Clients to send appointment reminders. Every time your CRM sends the instruction to Go4Clients, Go4Clients will immediately send an SMS with a link for the appointment details. It will also send an SMS a day before the appointment and 3 hours before the appointment.
Contact Form Automation follow up
You integrate your “Facebook lead ads” with Go4Clients. Every time a user submits a form, Go4Clients will immediately send an email to you, and an SMS to the user with a link and will ask if the user wants to receive a call or email to receive more information.
Collections Automations
You have a database of 10,000 past due accounts and want to automate the collections. You will send a personalized email with a link to arrange payments, if 24 hours later the user hasn’t taken any action, you will send a personalized sms with a link. If 24 hours later the user hast taken any action the user will receive a personalized call from your call center and if he/she presses 1 , the user will be transferred to an agent.
